I was fortunate to stay here in March 2012 for 1 night and was also lucky to be upgraded to a Club floor room. The hotel is almost new and I'd say would be the only 5 star in Zhenjiang. Rates were excellent as well (around 800rmb). Rooms are superb, large and luxurious bath and bathroom a feature. Breakfast was tremendous, lots of cooking stations and great range of food to suit Asian and Western tastes. Location is a mere 5 minute walk from Zhenjiang station and there is a shopping mall close by. Club floor service was excellent from check-in onwards. Asked them to book a taxi for me the next morning to Yangzhou and was done without fuss. Club lounge had generous range of drinks and snacks. Gym is one of the best I've used in a Chinese hotel. Didn't use pool but it too seemed top notch.

This was my second stay at the Sheraton Zhenjiang. Not much changed since my last stay. Rooms are clean and no obvious signs of aging yet. I like the layout of the rooms with well-lit and spacious bathrooms. Check-in went smoother than last time, it seems they have trained well and gotten used to the routine a little more. I used their gym for a jog, they have a vast range of equipment, with all of it being new. I didn't use their indoor pool, but it looks clean and like it would be nice. I ordered the chicken curry from room service for late afternoon snack and was actually quite impressed with the portion size and taste. Would recommend it. While the hotel is still quite new and has a clean feel to it, the carpets by the elevators on the first floor need better cleaning and may give a dirty impression to an arriving guest. I will continue to stay here on future visits.

Just recently concluded 3 weeks of biz trip to Zhenjiang and stayed throughout in Sheraton. True to SPG traditional, the staff did as much as they could to take care of my team. The hotel, being new (I understand it is less than a year old), is very clean, neat and nice. Rooms are excellent. Some minor concerns in which I hope Sheraton staff/folks are reading. Of the 9 guests that stayed throughout the 2-3 weeks, we had different experience. Some of our rooms air conditioning was good, others, were either too warm. Room services for in room dining was ok for some, others was faced with menu items that is not available. We are agreed that the cod fish (if available) was good.

ZhenJiang by China standards is a small city with only 600,000 inhabitance! One therefore could reasonably only expect a Chinese focused hotel with staff not speaking good English and support for international business travellers limited. However to find the Sheraton hotel and the same level of international standards that it maintains in ZhenJiang was wonderful. The hotel is next to a superb shopping centre the Wanda Plaza which caters for every shopping need. The food is superb and a level one expects from a five star Sheraton hotel anywhere in the world. In terms of its location the hotel is practically opposite the bullet train station which makes is very convenient to reach. All in all Sheraton made my stay in ZhenJiang so much more pleasant. thank you!

A very clean hotel, nothing to say about that. Food is ordinary. We tried the Japanese restaurant, so so. At breakfast, bread and croissants were totally dry, probably from past days. No orange juice. The location will probably good in the future but for the time being, except being close to the railway station, you will have to wait for the completion of the surroundings. For the time being a vast construction site.not so romantic...

酒店位于镇江城市的西面，很新，服务不错，离火车站南广场不远，就是下午3点入住这个时间不方便~离开的时候才发现，如果从火车站地下广场过来，可以从地下车库到达酒店，不用再外面绕一圈，镇江的好酒店不多，这里值得去住。

由于是比较高档的酒店，所以假期入住也不会“人满为患”，酒店坐落在繁华区域，购物比较方便，周围的环境一般，是典型的商务酒店。在镇江站附近，高铁站还有些许距离，但是镇江本身不大，打车去高铁站非常方便。酒店餐厅没啥特点，菜做得中规中矩。

作为镇江真正意义上的第一个五星级酒店，万达喜来登酒店区位优势明显，位于沪宁城际铁路镇江站的正对面，外来客人极为方便。 第二，镇江万达喜来登酒店，以镇江万达广场为依托，购物也非常方便，上次晚饭吃得很好，一应俱全。 第三，该酒店大厅，走廊以镇江特色的金山等镇江名胜为背景，氛围非常独特，置身其中便看完镇江城市的缩影。 第四，房间设施完善，可能是刚营运不久的缘故，房间整洁，环境十分豪华。

I have been coming to Zhenjiang for years, usually staying at the Best Western or Biyuyuan Hotel. The Sheraton is by far the best hotel in Zhenjiang, beating both the Best Western and Biyuyuan Hotel in terms of quality, service, food, and comfort. It is the best option as a business hotel. The Sheraton is located right across from the new train station (other side of the old station), within 5 minutes walking distance past the Wanda Plaza (Starbucks, Mcdonalds, and many dining options in the shopping center). The Sheraton lobby is grande with a massive chandelier. Check-in took a while and they forgot to take my deposit (later called the room and came up to do this). The staff is all quite new and are still learning the ropes. I saw several just sitting and standing around, waiting to do something. The rooms are spacious, but already showing signs of wear & tear (e.g. cupboard handles broken, dirty carpets). The bathrooms are well equipped, with large bathtubs and rain showers. The breakfast at the first floor restaurant was average, but still better than the Best Western and Biyuyuan, and had both western and asian options available. At comparable prices to the other two hotels mentioned (~200 RMB more per night), its a no-brainer for me and will stay here from now on. I'm sure the hotel will work out the kinks over time.

酒店位置很好，就在高铁站对面，而且旁边就是万达广场，干什么都方便。真不愧是万达速度，年初过来还是一片工地，现在居然什么都好了。酒店房间还有设施没的说，喜来登标准。就是朝窗外看没什么风景。价格也是开业有优惠，西餐厅居然还团购上了，上了拉手网。服务还不错，至少每个服务生脸上都有笑容。

We were warmly greeted on arrival . Upon learning that we were SPG plat, the staff graciously escorted us to the club lounge for check in. The check in process was efficient and the stay was perfectly flawless throughout. we were upgraded to an extremely spacious and marvellously decorated suite. The highlight of our stay was definitely the par excellent service from the ALL members of the team at this property and especially the club lounge ladies whom we interact with the most. Its the little things that makes a great difference and it definitely makes for an impressively outstanding stay. To me, this had to be one of the very best n most memorable hotel stay of my autumn sojourn in China . Thank you, sheraton Zhenjiang.. we cant ask for more. Will be back for sure

喜欢那种富丽堂皇的感觉，和酒店自助的休闲安静。是经常出差的人们住宿的首选，绝对给你不一般的感觉，非常值得一去！

酒店应该是刚开业不久，外观、内部的装修都感觉很新，还有少少味道。酒店的大堂很漂亮，有五星级酒店应有的气派和豪华，前台和行李员个个都很精神，服务态度很棒。 酒店房间比较大，光线很充足，感觉舒适。喜欢洗手间的格局，装修精致，家里面洗手间装修也可以拿来参考，哈哈。电器设备齐全，很高档。虽然周围有火车站，但房间里还是很安静的。晚上去逛了下就在旁边的万达广场，购物吃饭的选择有许多，还有大型超市，人来人往十分热闹。 早餐券是朋友赠送的，第二天一早去试了下，水准不错。但是感觉种类不太多，没有达到五星级酒店的标准，呵呵。总的来说味道还是不错的。

时尚的5星酒店，服务非常好，装璜也很有品味，设施也很先进。 客房的面积不算大，但还算舒适宽敞，贴心的服务。是一家清豪华的酒店。总之非常喜欢。

是个刚开业的酒店 ，地理位置非常好，坐高铁很方便，周边还有万达广场，毕竟是刚刚开业的酒店，走道、餐厅等有一些味道。其他服务都很好。在镇江酒店 还是值得一住的。

如果按照五星级水平，应该很不够。所以我个人觉得，万达喜来登和喜来登应该有很大的差别。 *是镇江目前最好的酒店，这点应该肯定！ *房间一般大小，但给卫浴占的太多，就感觉房间很挤！ *卫浴用品，呵呵，太一般了。 *大堂装修如万达一般大气，但细节非常糙，刚开张，有点味道。 *游泳池不大，但几乎没有人，我是晚饭前去的，居然是今天第一个游泳的人，温度很好，更衣室里有一个温水冲浪池，想的很周到，但非常遗憾的是池子里到处是装修残留的碎石。 *早餐离五星级差点，东西比较少。 *上网是免费的，2M的速度，但如果你要打QQ游戏，保证你一分钟断2次以上，实在是不稳定，无论是CABLE还是WIFI,都是如此。 *服务算不错吧。有点让我想到海尔，呵呵，反正服务团队好，随叫随到呗，质量不是问题。 *地理位置在高铁对面，走5分钟就够了。 *周边环境需要一定的时间才能到位，目前有点城乡交界的感觉。 总之，喜来顿管理下的万达酒店。

作为进入镇江市场的第一家国际酒店，喜来登的魅力是很大的，对人群的吸引力也相当不错，从自作餐到入住，服务都相当到位，环境也舒适。值得推荐！

Very comfortable rooms, modern. Rates are good, food is good. I was on the club floor, would recommend this hotel to anybody.
